Useful tips

Measure when your fingers are at room temperature. I work with ring sizes FR (France) or Es-It (Spain, Italy). Compare with the graphic. These measures represent the ring gauge in a very differentiated way. For a ring with a wide waistband, please order one size larger than measured (e.g. 17.2 mm = FR 54 for a ring with a narrow waistband, but for a ring with a wide waistband FR 55. For a strong knuckle even FR 56. If your ankle is much larger than the base of your finger, take the size off your ankle. If, despite my tips, you are unsure of your ring size, go to a jewelry store and have your ring size measured there.

Care instructions

Each piece from my collections is carefully handcrafted. In the following you will find instructions on how you can keep your jewelry for a lifetime.

Always protect your jewelry from hard knocks, scratches and chemicals.

Please do not perfume all rings with precious stones first apply when the hand cream is already absorbed into the skin. Under the influence of chemicals, gemstones can lose their shine. You will then go blind.

Never go swimming with your jewelry as chlorine can damage all metals in swimming pools and will completely remove oxidation from your jewelry and you can also very easily lose a ring in the water.

My jewelry often shows gilding and oxidation (blackening). The complete blackening is caused by a chemical process.
The gold plating can be done in different intensities. However, they remain thin layers of paint and are not coated with a thin part of gold!

Gold plating and oxidation lose intensity or slowly disappear during wear. This is normal and has nothing to do with the quality of the jewelry making!

If this happens to your jewelry and you would like your piece to be blackened or gold plated again, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am happy to help you. You can send me your piece and I'll do a reoxidation and re-gilding for a small fee. But before you send this email me and wait for my confirmation.
